I have never personally done business with Peter Markovic Real Estate, however I live next door to a rental property that they manage. We had an issue some time ago with the tenants being absolutely horrible to live next door to. We raised this with the team at Peter Markovic who could have easily have ignored us. But they took the problems seriously and issued warnings to the tenants and in the end they did not have their lease renewed. We were seriously considering moving due to these neighbours, but thankfully PM took our complaints seriously and they were really great to deal with - and I wasn't even their customer. Thanks.

Paul literally changed my opinion of real estate agents. He sold my property on the auction with a minimum of fuss despite a difficult negotiation after the auction with the highest bidder. The star ratings above acknowledge his skill as a real estate agent and auctioneer. Importantly though he also understood the importance of excellent service, honest and open communication, the need to manage expectations and to deliver what he stated he could deliver. Being extremely busy he assisted further by dealing with solicitors, tradesman etc on my behalf when I didn’t have the time to do this myself. In all this he excelled. A top class operator!!

Paul Markovic has provided me with outstanding service in the sale of my Fitzroy apartment.
