I recently engaged Paul to take over a listing from another agent/agency that was not delivering the results I needed or expected. Not only did he come with a competitive commission rate, reasonable marketing prices (knowing it was my second time listing and wanting to be as accommodating as possible), but his communication was consistent throughout and he was extremely proactive in following up with prospective buyers. Paul knows the Fitzroy/Collingwood area well and has assisted vendors/buyers in most apartment complexes in the neighbourhood, so he is very knowlegable and experienced.
